I strive to offer my clients a warm, collaborative atmosphere, as they are the experts in their own lives.

My clients feel listened to and accepted in a non-judgmental, caring way.

 

Some of the concerns I have assisted my clients with are:

 

  • Anxiety

  • Coping skills

  • Depression

  • Grief and loss

  • Communication - ways to improve this across different types of relationships

  • Emotional expression - becoming in touch with emotions and ways to express these meaningfully

  • Family conflict - parental, siblings

  • Relationship concerns - peer, friendship, dating, marital 

  • Self esteem/self confidence/ self acceptance/ self acknowledgement/appreciation

Ongoing therapy or brief therapy {5 - 7 sessions} are options available which we can explore.

Grounded in anti-oppressive, anti-racist and trauma-informed practices, I offer an open minded, strengths-based outlook towards well-being. 

​

I bring to each session a rich tapestry of experience born out of international and Canadian work experiences.

 

My work is informed by my background from clinical psychology, the additional social work degrees, combined with trainings and continued professional development.
