About Niles

I arrived in Canada in 2001 with a background in clinical psychology training in South Africa.

This training was informed by practice approaches from psychodynamic/relational therapies and attachment-based practice.

I completed my Master of Social work in mental health (MSW) at the University of Toronto with a full counselling internship.

I am grateful for the various experiences working as a psychotherapist along the years.

Working in different settings and with many varied client situations.

These experiences have enhanced my work, my views on the world

and life in general.

I continue to grow and learn as a therapist and as a person.

This is a lifelong and natural endeavour for me.
